Our Christmas season began on Saturday 2nd December when the Barberettes were delighted to be sing at the Christmas Lights Switch On event held by Winnersh Parish Council at Winnersh Community Centre. The event, which was the first the council had held since 2019, also had choirs from the local primary schools as well as a gift market consisting of local craftspeople and sellers and plenty of refreshments including mulled wine which helped keep the cold weather at bay and a raffle for Wokingham Foodbank.
